If you are starting from the Évora Cathedral, head south on Rua da Sé towards Largo do Senhor da Pobreza. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de João de Deus. Turn left onto Avenida de João de Deus and walk until you reach Praça do Giraldo. From Praça do Giraldo, head east on Rua de Serpa Pinto. After a short walk, take a right onto Rua de Santo António. Continue straight until you reach Largo do Colégio. The Igreja do Espírito Santo will be on your left at Largo do Colégio 1.

If you are at the Roman Temple of Évora, exit the temple area and head south on Rua do Museu towards Praça do Giraldo. Once at Praça do Giraldo, walk east on Rua de Serpa Pinto. After a short distance, turn right onto Rua de Santo António. Continue straight until you reach Largo do Colégio, where you will find the Igreja do Espírito Santo on your left at Largo do Colégio 1.
