If you are starting from the Praça do Giraldo, head southeast towards the Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Rua de Serpa Pinto. Turn left onto Rua de Serpa Pinto and walk straight for about 300 meters. You will arrive at Largo do Colégio where Igreja do Espírito Santo is located at number 1.

From the Évora Cathedral, exit the cathedral grounds and turn left onto the Rua do Cardeal. Walk straight until you reach the Praça do Giraldo. From there, follow the previous directions to Largo do Colégio.
