If you are in the city center of Évora, start at Praça do Giraldo. Head south on Rua 5 de Outubro, continuing straight until you reach Rua de Cândido dos Reis. Turn left onto Rua de Cândido dos Reis. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Take a right here. Follow this street until you come to the main road, Avenida de Lisboa. Cross the road and continue straight ahead, passing by various shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will see a sign for Convent of the Carthusians on your left. The entrance is slightly set back from the street, so keep an eye out for it.

From the main bus station in Évora (Terminal Rodoviário), take bus number 7 towards Herdade do Freixo. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
