Walking
If you are starting from the Praça do Giraldo, head south towards Rua 5 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Serpa Pinto. Turn left onto Rua de Serpa Pinto and continue until you reach Rua das Alcaçarias. Turn right onto Rua das Alcaçarias, and the Church of Saint Mamede will be on your left at number 1. The church is located at R. das Alcaçarias 1, 7000-587 Évora.

From the Évora Bus Station, exit onto Avenida de São Sebastião and walk towards the city center. Take the bus line 3 or 4 from the nearby bus stop towards the center. Get off at the stop named 'Praça do Giraldo'. From there, follow the walking directions as described above, heading south towards Rua 5 de Outubro, then left onto Rua de Serpa Pinto, and finally right onto Rua das Alcaçarias where you will find the church.

If you are renting a bicycle, start at the city center. Head south along Avenida de 25 de Abril, then turn left onto Rua de Serpa Pinto. Continue straight until you reach Rua das Alcaçarias.
