    From Faro city center, walk to the 'Faro - Terminal Rodoviário' bus station. Take the bus number 47 towards 'Carvoeiro'. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Carvoeiro bus stop, head towards the beach (Praia do Carvoeiro) and follow the signs for 'Algar Seco'. It is about a 15-minute walk uphill along Estr. do Algar Sêco. You will find the entrance to Algar Seco on your left.
