Walking
If you are in the center of Faro, start at Praça da República. From the square, head south towards the Rua de Santo António. Walk down this street until you reach the intersection with Rua de Portugal. Turn left onto Rua de Portugal and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Avenida da República. Follow this road for a few minutes until you see a large roundabout. At this roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua de S. Pedro. Continue walking down this street until you reach the calçada com o símbolo Pi (π), which is located at coordinates 37.016755, -7.935777. It should be visible on your left side.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus station in Faro, take bus number 14 towards Parque das Cidades. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Faro - Mercado Municipal'. Once you exit the bus, head towards the Avenida da República and walk south. Continue down the street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua de S. Pedro. The calçada com o símbolo Pi (π) will be on your left side shortly after.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Faro. Start at the Faro Marina and head towards the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Follow the designated bike paths along the waterfront. As you approach the city center, head towards Avenida da República. Keep riding until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Rua de S. Pedro. The calçada com o símbolo Pi (π) will be on your left side.
