Ferry
To reach Ilha da Culatra from Faro, start at the Faro Marina, which is centrally located in the city. From the Marina, look for the ticket office for the ferry service to Ilha da Culatra. Purchase your ticket and board the ferry, which typically departs every hour. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ilha da Culatra, you can explore the beautiful beaches and local restaurants.
Walk to the Marina
If you are not at the Marina yet, you can walk there from the main square, Praça da República. Head east on Rua de Portugal until you reach the waterfront. Turn left at the waterfront and continue walking until you see the Marina on your right. This walk will take about 15-20 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take a local bus to the Faro Marina. Look for buses heading towards the city center or specifically towards the Marina.
