If you are starting from the Faro train station, exit the station and head southeast on Avenida da República toward Rua de Portugal. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rua do Comércio. Turn right onto Rua do Comércio and follow it until you come to Praça da Liberdade. From there, take the road that leads you directly to Rua da Porta Nova. After a short walk, you will find Porta Nova on your left at R. da Porta Nova, 8000-098 Faro.

From the Faro bus terminal, locate the nearest bus stop and take any bus heading toward the city center. Get off at the stop nearest to Praça da Liberdade. Once you disembark, walk towards Rua do Comércio and follow it until you reach Praça da Liberdade. Then, proceed down Rua da Porta Nova, and you will see Porta Nova on your left.
