If you're driving from central Lisbon, take the Avenida da Liberdade towards Praça Marquês de Pombal and then follow the signs for Eixo Norte-Sul/IC19. Merge onto the IC19 and then take the exit toward Lisboa Centro. Continue on this road until you reach the Alfama district. Look for Beco de Santa Helena, which is located near the viewpoint. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared to park further away and walk.
