To reach the Carmo Archaeological Museum at Largo do Carmo, start by taking the Lisbon Metro to the Baixa-Chiado station, which is on the Blue and Green lines. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs towards Rua do Carmo. As you exit the station, head towards Rua do Carmo, and continue walking straight until you reach the Largo do Carmo square. The museum is located at the northern end of the square.

You can also take Tram 28, a popular tram route in Lisbon that passes through many tourist areas. Board Tram 28 at any stop along its route, and ride it until you reach the stop at Largo do Carmo. Once you disembark, you will find the entrance to the Carmo Archaeological Museum just a short walk away in the square.

Walking
If you are staying in the Chiado area, you can easily walk to the Carmo Archaeological Museum. From Praça Luis de Camões, head north on Rua da Misericórdia, then turn left onto Rua do Carmo. Continue straight until you reach Largo do Carmo. The museum will be on your right as you enter the square.

You can take Bus 758 or 736 to get close to Largo do Carmo. Board the bus at a nearby stop, and get off at the stop named 'Carmo'. From there, it's just a short walk to the museum entrance located in the square.
