Metro
Take the Metro to the 'Cais do Sodré' station on the Green Line. From there, transfer to the train at the Cais do Sodré train station. Take the train to 'Belém' station. Once you arrive at Belém, exit the station and walk towards the river. Continue straight and you will see Jerónimos Monastery in about a 10-minute walk.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch the number 728 or 714 bus from various locations in central Lisbon. Get off at the 'Mosteiro dos Jerónimos' stop, which is right in front of the monastery. The bus runs frequently, so you won't have to wait long.
Tram
You can also take Tram 15 from the city center (such as Praça da Figueira or Cais do Sodré) towards Belém. Stay on the tram until you reach the 'Mosteiro dos Jerónimos' stop. The monastery will be just a short walk away from the tram stop.
Walking
If you are already in the Belém area, Jerónimos Monastery is easily accessible by walking. From the Belém Tower, head east along the river promenade for about 15 minutes until you reach the monastery. It's a pleasant walk with beautiful views along the way.
