Mesquita 2.

Find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 7, 27, or 45 towards Campo de Ourique. Get off at the Marques de Pombal stop. From there, walk down Avenida da Liberdade towards Avenida da República. Turn left onto R. Mesquita. The Lisbon Central Mosque will be located at R. Mesquita 2.
