Metro
Take the Lisbon Metro (Red Line) from any station to 'São Sebastião'. Transfer to the Blue Line and head towards 'Santa Apolónia'. Get off at 'Santa Apolónia' station. From the station, exit and walk towards the river. Follow the signs leading to 'Beco de Santa Helena'. It’s a short 10-minute walk along the riverbank.
Tram
Board Tram 28 at any of its stops. This tram is famous for its scenic route through Lisbon. Stay on until you reach the 'Miradouro de Santa Catarina' stop. From there, walk downhill towards Beco de Santa Helena. The Observation Deck is located just a few minutes away on foot.
Bus
Catch Bus 794 from any nearby bus stop and get off at 'Santa Apolónia'. From there, follow the signs towards the river and walk to 'Beco de Santa Helena', which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

If you are already in the vicinity of Alfama, simply walk towards 'Beco de Santa Helena'. Use Google Maps or any map app for directions, and enjoy the scenic views along the way. The Observation Deck is located at Beco de Santa Helena 19, which offers beautiful views of Lisbon.
