If you are near Rossio, take the Green Line (Linha Verde) and transfer at Baixa-Chiado station to the Blue Line. Travel towards the 'Santa Apolónia' direction and get off at 'São Bento' station. Once you exit the station, head northwest on Rua de São Bento, then turn left onto Rua da Estrela. Continue until you reach the intersection with Rua de São Paulo and turn right. Palácio da Rosa will be on your left.

Locate the nearest bus stop and take either bus number 726 or 714. Board the bus and ride until you reach 'Palácio de São Bento' stop. After disembarking, walk down Rua de São Bento for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Rua da Estrela. Continue straight, and Palácio da Rosa will be on your left side.

Find a tram stop for tram number 28. Board the tram and enjoy the scenic route until you reach the 'Bocage' stop. Alight here and walk down Rua de São Bento. At the intersection with Rua da Estrela, turn left. Palácio da Rosa will be on your left after a short walk.

If you are nearby, you can simply walk to Palácio da Rosa. From the nearest landmark, such as the National Assembly (Assembleia da República), head southeast on Rua de São Bento. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Estrela, where you will turn left. Walk a bit further, and Palácio da Rosa will be on your left.
