Pensão Amor: A Hidden Gem of Lisbon

Getting There

• Metro

  If you're near a metro station, take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the 'Cais do Sodré' station. Once you exit the station, turn right onto Rua do Corpo Santo and walk straight until you reach the Tâmega River. Cross over the pedestrian bridge and continue straight. After crossing the bridge, take the first left onto Rua do Alecrim. Pensão Amor will be on your left at number 19.

• Tram

  Head to the nearest tram stop and board Tram 28. This iconic tram will take you through the historic parts of Lisbon. Stay on until you reach the 'Cais do Sodré' stop. After getting off, walk to the right along Rua do Corpo Santo, and then follow the directions as previously mentioned: continue until you reach the Tâmega River, cross the bridge, and take the first left onto Rua do Alecrim. Pensão Amor is located at number 19.

• Bus

  Find the nearest bus stop and take Bus 726 or 727. Get off at the 'Cais do Sodré' stop. From there, head right on Rua do Corpo Santo, and then proceed to the Tâmega River. Cross the pedestrian bridge and turn left onto Rua do Alecrim. Walk along the street, and you will find Pensão Amor at number 19 on your left.

• Walking

  If you are nearby, simply walk to Rua do Alecrim. Look for the intersection with Rua do Corpo Santo and head towards the river. Once you reach the Tâmega River, cross the pedestrian bridge. After crossing, take the first left onto Rua do Alecrim. Pensão Amor will be on your left side at number 19.
