    Train

    From Lisbon, take the train from Rossio Station (Estação do Rossio) to Sintra. Make sure to check the train timetable, as trains run frequently. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Sintra Station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside the station. Take Bus 434 towards the 'Palácio Nacional de Sintra'.

Continue walking straight until you reach a fork in the road and take the left path. Villa Sassetti is located along this road, approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

    If you prefer to walk from Sintra Station, exit the station and head towards the center of Sintra. Follow the signs towards the Palácio Nacional de Sintra. Once you reach the palace, continue straight and follow the road signs leading to 'Pena Palace'. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes.
