Once on the bus, stay on for about 15-20 minutes (depending on traffic) and get off at the 'Praça de Londres' stop. The square will be directly in front of you.

If you are in the vicinity of the 'Arco do Cego' or 'Campo Pequeno' areas, you can simply walk to Praça de Londres. From 'Campo Pequeno', walk south down Avenida de Berna for about 800 meters until you reach the roundabout at Praça de Londres. The square is a large open area, and you will see the iconic buildings surrounding it.
