Getting There

Walking
Start your journey at the Ponte de Lima Tourist Office, located in the town center. From there, head east on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra for about 500 meters until you reach the Ponte Romana (Roman Bridge). Cross the bridge, enjoying the scenic views of the Lima River. Once you are on the other side, continue straight onto Rua da Alegria. After approximately 300 meters, you will see a fork in the road. Take the left path, which is Rua da Capela. Follow this road for about 700 meters, and you will arrive at Capela de Ermida, a small chapel located in a serene area.

If you are starting from the Ponte de Lima Market (Mercado Municipal), exit the market and head north towards Rua da Liberdade. Turn left onto Rua da Liberdade and continue for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Turn right and walk along the avenue until you arrive at the Ponte Romana. Cross the bridge, then follow Rua da Alegria straight ahead, continuing through the fork in the road as previously described. After about 700 meters, you will find Capela de Ermida on your left.
