Walking
From the center of Ponte de Lima, head towards the main road, Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Walk straight along this avenue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach the river. Cross the bridge (Ponte de Lima), and follow the signs toward Braga. After crossing the bridge, continue on the path until you see signs for Largo do Paço. The destination will be on your right.
Bus
From Ponte de Lima, head to the local bus station located near the main square (Praça da República). Look for buses heading to Braga, which are operated by Rede Expressos or other local providers. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride to Braga, which should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Braga, disembark at the bus terminal and walk towards the city center. Follow signs to Largo do Paço, which is a short 10-minute walk from the bus station.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from local shops in Ponte de Lima. Start by heading towards Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra and proceed to the riverbank where a cycling path is available. Follow the path along the Lima River towards Braga, enjoying the beautiful landscapes. The route is approximately 20 km, and it will take about 1.5 hours to reach Largo do Paço in Braga. Be sure to follow the signs for Braga as you cycle along the route.
