Metro

From São Bento Metro Station, take the Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovídio. Get off at the 'Casa da Música' station. From there, exit the station and walk west on Avenida da Boavista for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rua de Alegria. Turn left onto Rua de Alegria, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Palácio das Sereias will be on your right.
Bus

From Aliados Avenue, take the bus number 200 towards Praia do Carneiro. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Jardim Botânico' stop. Walk towards the Jardim Botânico, and then head northeast on Rua de Dom Manuel II. Continue straight until you reach Rua de Alegria, then turn right. Palácio das Sereias will be a short walk ahead on your right.
Walking

If you are starting from the Ribeira area, walk up the stairs to Rua de Infante D. Henrique, then head north towards Praça da Ribeira. Continue straight until you reach Rua de São Bento da Vitória. Follow this road, which will turn into Rua das Flores. Continue until you reach Avenida dos Aliados, then turn left. Follow Avenida dos Aliados until you reach a roundabout; Palácio das Sereias will be on your left, just off the roundabout.
