Continue straight until you reach Praça do Bom Sucesso, where Mercado Bom Sucesso is located at number 74-90.
Bus

From the city center, find a bus stop that serves the 'STCP' buses. You can take bus number 200 or 203 from the 'Aliados' bus stop. Both buses will take you towards Praça do Bom Sucesso. After several stops, get off at 'Praça do Bom Sucesso'. Mercado Bom Sucesso will be right in front of you at Praça do Bom Sucesso 74-90.
Walking

If you are close to the city center, you can walk to Mercado Bom Sucesso. Start at Avenida dos Aliados, and head west along Rua de 31 de Janeiro. Continue straight until you reach Rua de Júlio Dinis. Turn left onto Rua de Júlio Dinis and walk straight until you arrive at Praça do Bom Sucesso. Mercado Bom Sucesso is located at 74-90 in the square.
Tram
