If you are driving, start from the town of Seia, which is a central location in Serra da Estrela. Drive northeast on the N339 road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction at Cantar-Galo. Turn left onto the N232 road towards Cantar-Galo and follow it for about 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Pedra do Urso.
