Car
From Serra de Sintra, head southeast on the N247 road towards Cascais. Continue on N247 until you reach the A16 motorway entrance. Merge onto A16 and follow the signs for Lisbon. Take the exit towards A5, and merge onto A5. Continue until you reach the city center of Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, follow signs for Parque Eduardo VII. Alto do Parque is located at Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira, near the park entrance.

Public Transportation
From the center of Serra de Sintra, take the train from Sintra station to Lisbon's Rossio station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Rossio, exit the station and take the Metro (Green Line) from Rossio station towards Cais do Sodré. Get off at the Marquês de Pombal station. From there, you can either walk for about 15 minutes towards Alto do Parque or take bus number 726 or 758 from the Marquês de Pombal to the stop named 'Alameda Cardeal Cerejeira', which is right next to your destination.
