Getting There

Walking
From the Setúbal train station, head northwest on Rua da Liberdade toward Praça do Brasil. Continue straight until you reach Praça do Brasil. At the square, turn left onto Avenida 5 de Outubro and walk until you reach the junction with Avenida da República. Turn right onto Avenida da República and continue walking. After about 1 km, you will reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, head toward the Cais do Sodré metro station, and take the green line towards Telheiras. Get off at the Baixa-Chiado station. From there, walk to Bairro Alto by heading west on Rua do Ouro, then turn left onto Rua da Prata and follow it until you reach Rua do Diário de Notícias. Turn right and continue until you reach Bairro Alto.

Public Transport
From Setúbal, take the bus number 200 from the Setúbal bus station towards Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Get off at the Praça do Comércio stop in Lisbon. From there, walk to the Cais do Sodré metro station and take the green line towards Telheiras. Get off at the Baixa-Chiado station. After exiting the metro, walk west on Rua do Ouro, then turn left onto Rua da Prata and continue until you reach Rua do Diário de Notícias. Turn right and follow the road until you arrive in Bairro Alto.
