Take the bus number 403 or 417 towards Lisbon. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Praça dos Restauradores in Lisbon. The Monumento dos Restauradores will be visible as you approach the square.

From Sintra, head to the bus terminal located at the Sintra train station. Look for buses heading to Lisbon (Lisboa). You can take the Scotturb bus service (bus number 403 or 417). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. You will arrive at the Praça dos Restauradores stop. Once you get off, the Monumento dos Restauradores is located in the center of the square, just a short walk away from the bus stop.
