If you are in the center of Setúbal, start at Praça do Brasil. From here, head towards Avenida Luísa Todi and walk straight until you reach the junction with Rua do Comércio. Turn left onto Rua do Comércio. Continue walking until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto Rua da Liberdade. You will see the signs leading towards the nearby hills, which will guide you to Ermida de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. Keep walking uphill as the path may be steep. After approximately 20-30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the chapel, which is situated on a small hilltop offering beautiful views of Setúbal.

From Setúbal's main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário), catch the bus number 10 towards 'Azeitão'. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop nearest to the Ermida de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios. Get off at the stop called 'Ermida dos Remédios'. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk uphill to the chapel. Follow the path signs that lead you directly to the chapel.
