Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal (Sete Rios or Praça de Espanha), you can take the Metro. Follow signs for the Metro station and take the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Rossio Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira. Continue straight until you reach Rua do Carmo, where you will turn left. Continue walking, and you will reach Largo do Carmo.

    Make your way to Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Purchase a ticket to Lisbon (Lisboa). The train ride will take about 1 hour.
