To reach Parque Natural da Arrábida from Setúbal city center, start by walking to the Setúbal Bus Station, which is located at Avenida 5 de Outubro, 19. From there, take the bus number 230 or 227 towards 'Troia' or 'Praia da Figueirinha.' Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Praia da Figueirinha,' which is one of the closest access points to the park. From there, follow the signs leading to the park entrance, which is about a 15-minute walk.
