From Setúbal city center, head to the main bus terminal located near the Praça do Brasil. Look for the bus line heading to Palmela; it should be clearly marked. Board the bus, and enjoy the scenic ride which takes roughly 30 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the Palmela bus station. From there, it’s a short 15-minute walk to Parque Venâncio Ribeiro da Costa. Exit the bus station and turn left onto Rua Dr. José António da Silva. Continue straight until you reach Avenida de S. Francisco. Turn right, and follow the road until you reach the park entrance.

Make your way to Setúbal train station, which is located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for a train heading towards Palmela. The train ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Palmela train station, exit the station and turn left onto Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue straight for about 1 km, and you will see the entrance to Parque Venâncio Ribeiro da Costa on your right.
