Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal (Sete Rios), exit the terminal and walk to the nearby metro station (Jardim Zoológico). Take the metro on the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia and get off at the 'Baixa-Chiado' station. From there, transfer to the Green Line and take the train towards Cais do Sodré. Get off at 'Cais do Sodré' station and walk towards the river, where you can catch a ferry to the 'Belém' area. The Rocha do Conde de Óbidos is a short walk from the ferry terminal.
