Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Sintra (near the Sintra train station), walk towards the main square (Praça da República). Head west along Rua Dr. Alfredo da Costa until you reach the intersection with Rua das Padarias. Turn left onto Rua das Padarias, which will lead you to the main road, N247-3. Follow N247-3 uphill for about 30 minutes. The High Cross will be visible as you approach, offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

    From Sintra train station, take the Scotturb bus number 434 towards Pena Palace. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Pena' stop.
