Walking
From the Sintra train station, head straight down the main street, Rua da Estação. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Turn left onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda and follow it until you reach the Sintra center. Once you reach the center, look for signs directing you to the bus stop for Lisbon. Take bus number 434 towards the train station and stay on for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Campo Grande stop. The Museum of Lisbon / Pimenta Palace is just a short walk from there.

From the Sintra center, locate the bus stop where you can catch bus number 434. This bus will take you directly to the Campo Grande area in Lisbon. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Campo Grande, walk to Campo Grande 245. The museum is a short distance away from the bus stop.

Train
From Sintra train station, board a train heading towards Lisbon (Cascais or Lisbon Rossio line). Travel to the Lisbon Rossio train station (approximately 40 minutes). Once you arrive, exit the station and head to the nearest metro station, Rossio. Take the Green Line towards Cais do Sodré. Transfer to the Yellow Line at the Baixa-Chiado station, and travel to Campo Grande station. Exit the station and walk to Campo Grande 245, where the Museum of Lisbon / Pimenta Palace is located.
