On Foot
If you're starting from the Sintra train station, exit the station and turn left onto Av. Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto R. da Ferraria. Continue straight on this road until you reach the park entrance. The walk will take approximately 60 minutes and will be a scenic route through the beautiful landscape of Sintra.
Public Transport
From the Sintra train station, head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take the Scotturb bus number 439 towards 'Praia das Maçãs'. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off the bus at the stop 'Arrábida'. From there, you will have a short walk to the entrance of Parque Natural da Arrábida, which is around 10 minutes.
