    Walking

    From the Sintra train station, exit the station and head straight towards the main road, Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Turn left and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the Sintra center. Continue on this road until you reach the Sintra National Palace. From there, follow the signs towards the bus station. At the bus station, take bus number 441 or 434 towards Lisbon. The bus will take you through scenic routes. Get off at the stop that says 'Praça da Figueira'. Once you get off the bus, you'll find yourself at Praça da Figueira, a beautiful square in Lisbon.

    At the Sintra train station, purchase a ticket for bus number 441 or 434 towards Lisbon. The buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. Enjoy the ride as the bus travels to Lisbon, and keep an eye out for the 'Praça da Figueira' stop. When you arrive, simply disembark and you'll be right in the heart of the square, surrounded by shops and cafes.

    Train

    From Sintra, take the train from Sintra station to Rossio station in Lisbon. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Rossio station, exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Head down Rua 1º de Maio, and then take a left onto Rua da Conceição. Continue straight until you reach the square.
