Bus
From Sintra town center, walk to the Sintra train station and catch the bus number 403 towards Ericeira. The bus stops at multiple locations, but you should stay on until the final stop at Ericeira. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas. Follow the signs towards the beach, and you will reach the beautiful coastline in about 10 minutes.

If you prefer walking, start from the Sintra town center and head towards the main street (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Estefânia. Turn left, and follow this road until you reach the bus stop. From there, you can catch the bus to Ericeira as mentioned above.

For a more direct option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sintra to Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas. Just tell the driver that you want to go to Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas in Ericeira. The taxi ride will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
