Walking
If you are near the Sintra town center, head towards the Sintra train station. From there, take the train to Rossio station in Lisbon, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rossio station, exit and walk towards Praça da Figueira. Continue straight until you reach Rua Augusta. Turn right onto Rua Augusta, and after a short walk, you will find the Arco da Rua Augusta located at the end of the street.
Bus
From Sintra, walk to the Sintra bus station and take the Scotturb bus number 434 towards 'Cascais' or 'Lisbon'. You may need to transfer at the train station in Cascais for a direct bus to Lisbon. Get off at Praça da Figueira in Lisbon. From there, walk to Rua Augusta, turn right, and continue walking until you see the Arco da Rua Augusta at the end of the street.
Train
Make your way to the Sintra train station and board a train heading to Lisbon. Get off at Rossio station. Once you exit the station, head towards Praça da Figueira. Walk straight, and when you reach Rua Augusta, turn right. The Arco da Rua Augusta will be at the end of the street.
