Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Tomar, head east on Rua da Liberdade toward Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach the city square. Once at the square, turn left onto Rua do Comércio. Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with Avenida Doutor José Alves Cordeiro. Here, you will turn right. Continue on Avenida Doutor José Alves Cordeiro for about 1 kilometer, and you will see signs pointing toward Torres Novas. Keep an eye on the pedestrian paths and sidewalks for safety. Follow the signs until you reach the Roses Garden in Torres Novas, which is located near the town center.

• Bus

  From Tomar, head to the main bus station located at Av. Marquês de Tomar, 20. Look for the buses heading to Torres Novas. Once you find the right bus, purchase your ticket from the ticket counter or the bus driver. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. After arriving at the Torres Novas bus station, exit the bus and walk toward the center of the town. Follow the directional signs toward the Roses Garden, which should take you about 15 minutes on foot.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Tomar to Torres Novas. Start at the city center and head east on Rua da Liberdade. Follow the same route as if you were walking, turning left on Rua do Comércio, then right onto Avenida Doutor José Alves Cordeiro. The ride is approximately 5 kilometers and will take around 20-25 minutes. Be sure to ride safely and watch for traffic as you approach Torres Novas. Once you arrive, look for signs leading to the Roses Garden.
