From the center of Tomar, start at Praça da República, which is the main square. Head east on Rua da Liberdade. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida Marquês de Tomar. Turn left onto Avenida Marquês de Tomar. Walk for another 300 meters. You will see signs for Convent of Christ directing you to the right. Follow the signs and walk up the steep hill on Estr. do Convento for approximately 1 kilometer until you arrive at the main entrance of the Convent of Christ, located at JH3J+99 Igreja do Castelo Templário.
