Walking
From the center of Viana do Castelo, head towards Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Continue straight until you reach Praça da República. Once there, turn left onto Rua da Bandeira. Follow this street until you reach the riverfront. At the river, you will see Doca Comercial. The Gil Eannes Foundation is located at the end of this dock, easily identifiable by the ship.
