Walking
If you are in the center of Vila Real, start by heading towards Avenida Carvalho Araújo. Walk straight until you reach the end of the avenue, where it intersects with Rua do Comércio. Turn left onto Rua do Comércio and continue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto N2 towards Poiares. Continue walking along this route for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Poiares. Once you are in Poiares, look for signs directing you to Quinta d'Ordens, which will be on your left. The entire walk will take about 40-50 minutes.

From the main bus station in Vila Real, take the bus to Poiares. Look for the bus line that indicates Poiares as a destination. Buses typically run every 30-60 minutes. The ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Poiares bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. Follow the signs for Quinta d'Ordens, which should be approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, heading towards the left on the main road.
