Getting There
Bus
From Aguadilla town center, head to the main bus terminal located on Calle Pedro A. de la Torre. Look for the 'Caribbean Sun' bus line, which services routes toward Isabela. Purchase a ticket to Isabela and board the bus. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Isabela, ask the bus driver to let you off near PR-2, the main highway. From there, you will have to walk approximately 10 minutes to Shacks Beach.
Walking
If you are close to the Aguadilla Plaza or the local beach areas, you can walk to Shacks Beach by heading north on Calle 65th Infantry until you reach PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and walk for about 1 mile until you see a sign for 'Shacks Beach' on your right. Follow the signs, and you will reach the beach in about 20 minutes.
Bike Rental
There are bike rental shops near Aguadilla Plaza. Rent a bike and head north on Calle 65th Infantry, then take a left onto PR-2. Continue riding for about 1 mile until you see the sign for 'Shacks Beach.' The bike ride will take about 15-20 minutes, and there’s bike parking available at the beach.
