Walking
If you're starting from Aguadilla's main plaza (Plaza de Aguadilla), head northwest on Calle José de Diego towards the intersection with Avenida José de Diego. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle San Carlos. Turn left on Calle San Carlos and walk towards the coast. Once you reach the waterfront, continue walking along the coast, enjoying the beautiful views. You'll eventually reach a small path leading to Cerro Cabrera. Follow the path up to enjoy the views from the hill.
