Walking
Start from the central area of Aguadilla, near Plaza de Recreo. Head southwest on Calle José de Diego until you reach PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and continue walking along the highway for about 0.5 miles. You will pass by several shops and restaurants on your way. After approximately 0.5 miles, look for a bus stop near the intersection with PR-440. At this point, you can take a local bus (if available) heading towards Aguada. Inform the bus driver that you need to get off at the PR-442 intersection.
Walking
Once you get off the bus at the PR-442 intersection, walk along PR-442 for approximately 1 mile. You will see signs indicating the way to Aguada. Keep an eye out for the landmark tree as you approach the area. The Tarzan Tree is located near the roadside, and its large trunk will be hard to miss!
Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Aguadilla. Start from the central Aguadilla area and head towards PR-2, following the same route mentioned for walking. Once you reach PR-2, bike along the highway for about 0.5 miles, then take a right onto PR-440. Continue on this road until you see the PR-442 intersection. Bike along PR-442 for about 1 mile until you reach the Tarzan Tree.
Public Transport
From Aguadilla, you can take a local public transportation service (guagua) that operates in the area. Look for a guagua heading towards Aguada. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the PR-442 intersection. Once you arrive, walk approximately 1 mile along PR-442 to reach the Tarzan Tree.
