Car
If you are driving, start by getting onto Route 2 (Carretera 2) if you are coming from the south or east. Follow Route 2 north until you reach the intersection with Route 22. Take Route 22 west towards Arecibo. Continue on Route 22 for about 20 minutes until you reach the exit for Arecibo. Merge onto Carr. 655 (Carretera 655). The Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park will be on your left. Look for the entrance and parking area.

To get to Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park via public transportation, take a bus that travels along Route 2 towards Arecibo. Look for buses heading to 'Arecibo Pueblo'. Once you arrive in Arecibo, you may need to transfer to a local taxi or rideshare service to reach Carr. 655.
