Walking
If you're in the town center of Cabo Rojo, start by heading south on Calle José de Diego towards Avenida Manuel Rodríguez. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Avenida Manuel Rodríguez. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Calle San Francisco. At that point, you'll see a sign for Boquerón Beach. Follow the signs towards Boquerón, which is approximately a 30-minute walk. As you approach Boquerón, look for the main road that leads directly to the beach area. Muelle de la Libertad is located near the beach, right at the waterfront.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from any local rental shop in Cabo Rojo. Start your ride heading down Calle José de Diego, and then turn left onto Avenida Manuel Rodríguez. Continue along this road until you reach Boquerón. It’s a scenic ride of about 3 miles. Once you arrive in Boquerón, follow the signs to the beach area, and you'll find Muelle de la Libertad situated right along the shore.

From the Cabo Rojo town square, look for the public minibus (called 'carro público') that heads towards Boquerón. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to go to Muelle de la Libertad. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Boquerón, disembark near the beach area; Muelle de la Libertad is just a short walk from there, following the waterfront.
