Walking
If you're starting from the main plaza in Cabo Rojo, head southwest on Calle José de Diego towards Calle José E. Porrata. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 100. Turn left onto Route 100 and walk for about 1.5 miles. After passing the intersection with Calle Hermgenes Pou, keep an eye out for signs leading to Playa Boquerón. As you approach, you will see the beach area on your right. It's about a 30-40 minute walk, depending on your pace.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Plaza de Cabo Rojo, you can catch a local bus (typically labeled 'Boquerón') that will take you directly to Playa Boquerón. Buses run every 30-45 minutes. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Playa Boquerón, as they are familiar with the stop. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to the beach area, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cabo Rojo. Once you have your bike, head southwest on Calle José de Diego towards Route 100. Follow Route 100 for about 1.5 miles. You’ll enjoy a scenic ride as you approach the beach. When you see the signs for Playa Boquerón, you'll find a bike rack near the entrance where you can lock your bike. The total distance from the center of Cabo Rojo to the beach is about 2 miles, which should take around 10-15 minutes cycling.
