If you are starting from the Cabo Rojo Plaza, begin by heading southwest on Calle José de Diego. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-102. Turn left onto PR-102 and walk along the shoulder of the road, keeping an eye out for traffic. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with 5R89+787. The Iglesia Vieja will be on your right, directly at this location.

Public Bus
From Cabo Rojo, you can take a public bus towards Mayagüez. Board the bus at the designated bus stop near the Cabo Rojo Plaza. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you need to stop at PR-102. The bus will drop you off near the intersection of PR-102 and 5R89+787. From there, walk about 250 meters to the Iglesia Vieja, which will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Cabo Rojo. Start from the Cabo Rojo Plaza and head southwest on Calle José de Diego. When you reach PR-102, turn left and cycle along the road. It’s approximately 1.5 kilometers to the Iglesia Vieja. The church will be located on your right at the address 5R89+787, PR-102.
