If you are in the center of Caguas, start by heading south on Calle José A. Morales towards Plaza de Recreo. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with PR-1 (Calle Luis Muñoz Marín). Turn left onto PR-1 and walk east. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto PR-156. Continue straight for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will find Jardín Botánico y Cultural William Miranda Marín on your right.

From Caguas, locate the nearest bus stop for the public transport system. Take the bus that heads towards the 'Carolina' line, which typically operates along PR-1. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at PR-156. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you alight, walk along PR-156 for about 500 meters, and Jardín Botánico y Cultural William Miranda Marín will be on your left.
