From the center of Caguas, head to the bus terminal located at Plaza de Recreo. Look for the bus that goes to San Juan (such as the Metrobus). Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at Paseo de la Calle San Juan. The ride will take approximately 45 minutes. After getting off, walk towards Calle Caleta de San Juan, which is about a 10-minute walk straight ahead. La Garita will be on your left.

If you are staying at a hotel in Caguas, ask the front desk for directions to the nearest bus stop for the San Juan Metrobus. Once you get off at Paseo de la Calle San Juan, walk towards Calle Caleta de San Juan. Follow the street signs, and you will reach La Garita in approximately 10 minutes.
