If you're in the central area of Carolina, start by heading towards the Carolina Bus Terminal. From there, take the bus to San Juan. Make sure to ask the driver for the stop closest to Old San Juan. Once you arrive in San Juan, walk towards Calle San Francisco and continue straight until you reach Calle Caleta de San Juan. La Garita will be located on your right side, near the waterfront.

From any point in Carolina, find a bus stop for the T3 route, which travels to San Juan. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop for Old San Juan. After disembarking, walk towards the Caleta de San Juan. You will pass several historic landmarks; continue walking straight until you see La Garita on your left. It is right by the water.
