If you're using public transportation, head to the local bus stop in Culebra Pueblo. Take the local bus that runs around the island. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Cll Castelar. Upon disembarking, walk a short distance along Cll Castelar, and you will find Posada La Hamaca at 68 Cll Castelar on your left.
